“I participated in one of Clelia's many workshops, where she acted as a Lego Serious Play facilitator. The workshop she organized was one of the best experiences because it was done with great detail, empathy and targeting a different way of learning which was beneficial and fun. Clelia is an inspiring facilitator and I would recommend her to anyone open to discovering themselves in a creative way.”

Process

  • In the initial stage of our work, I help you frame the challenge you want to solve, and visualise tangible results you wish to accomplish.

  • I design and suggest a facilitation experience tailored to your organisation. This can vary depending on your needs such as budget, time, and other resources.

  • After establish needs and results, I will guide you through the workshop with: time and material planning, selection of activities, facilitation of the experience, follow up exercises.

  • At the end of each facilitation experience, I help you make sense of the whole project with an inspiring report, offering insights and research based recommendations that are specific to your case. The report is the perfect moment to summarize your efforts and find motivation to keep on going with your work. This step is particularly important if you are working on projects running over several months.
